Camping in a COVID-19 pandemic situation

UPDATE AS OF JUNE 28TH 2021

Remember that it is essential and mandatory that every camper follow to the campsite the same guidelines that are used in society in general concerning gatherings, social distancing and hygiene measures. These guidelines are the government’s and public health’s and they must be followed at all times.

  1. The camping is currently in a GREEN zone.
  2. Curfew on your site at 9:30pm. It is forbidden to circulate on the camping streets after the curfew. You must ensure that you arrive at the campsite before 9:30 am.
  3. Indoor gatherings is possible for a maximum of 10 people from different addresses or the occupants from 3 households. Physical distancing and mask wearing are recommended for people who do not have adequate protection against COVID-19. Adequate protection refers to the immune protection a person has developed following vaccination (2 doses) or illness (1 dose of vaccine).
  4. Outdoo gatherings is possible for a maximum of 20 people from different addresses or the occupants from 3 households. Physical distancing is highly recommended. If it is not possible to respect distancing, face covering is recommended for those who do not have adequate protection against COVID-19. Adequate protection refers to the immune protection a person has developed following vaccination (2 doses) or illness (one dose of vaccine).
  5. No visitor will be allowed to go to the beach unless they are with one of our campers.
  6. Wearing a face cover or a mask is mandatory in closed public spaces and partially covered : front desk, restaurant, convenience store, laundry room, sanitary block, and at all times when you can’t apply the 2 meters of social distancing.
  7. Public health recommends that the use of sanitary block are reserved for the use of campers who do not have these facilities in their equipment. These campers must in particular respect the mandatory hand washing instructions and the posted reception capacities.
  8. Playgrounds and sports facilities are authorized to open in Quebec campgrounds, in accordance with the rules that are in place at the moment.

NOTE TO VISITORS ON THE BEACH

At this time, visitors to the beach are not allowed. Only campers have access to the beach. We are closely following the evolution of the current situation in Quebec. We will notify you if there is a change in the rules.

IRONS
Due to a redevelopment of the parking lot we had to remove the field of irons. As of yet, they still haven’t been replaced.
AUDITORIUM
The room remains closed at the moment and the children’s crafts are suspended.

 

FULL OPENING
MARINA
Open for rental of docks for campers only.
GAS STATION
Payment by card highly recommended. Please wear a mask and respect the 2 meters distancing with the gas station employee.
PROPANE
PLEASE respect the 2 meters distancing with the employee.
BEACH
Open for campers only. Please respect the 2 meters between each family bubble.
No daily visitors are accepted at the beach or at the campsite at this time.
GAME MODULS AND SWINGS
Children must respect social distancing. Children aged 10 years old and over must wear a mask.
NAUTICAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL
The rental of pedalos will be for people of the same family only. If you have your own life jacket we are asking you to bring it. The equipment will be disinfected between each rental.
VOLLEYBALL COURT
Please keep at all times 2 meters of social distancing. MAX 8 people at a time.
SNACK BAR
Open (please consult them for the schedule). The dining room and the terrace are closed. Orders are for take out only. The convenience store will be accessible with a limit of 2 customers at a time. Wearing a mask is required.
SANITARY BLOCK
Open. Please give priority to customers who have no other option in their equipment. Wearing a mask is required. 1 person at a time.
PICKLEBALL
MAX 8 people at a time. Equipment loan available at reception.
PETANQUE AND SHUFFLEBOARD
MAX 8 people at a time. Equipment loan available at reception.
DEK-HOCKEY AND BASKET-BALL
MAX 8 people at a time. Equipment loan available at reception.
LAUNDRY ROOM
One person at a time in the laundry room and waiting in the laundry room will not be possible. Do not put clothes on washers or dryers. Wearing a mask is required.
FRONT DESK
Please one person at a time in the reception. We are also asking you to keep a distance of 2 meters from the employee who will be outside. Wearing a mask is required.
SPORT EQUIPMENT LOAN
We will continue to loan equipment at the fron desk for pickleball, puck, basketball and a few hockey sticks. We will take care of the disinfection of the equipment.
WATER RAMP
Open only for campers who own a boat. At this time, in order to limit visitors, the ramp will not be accessible to people from outside.
